Luxury Living in the Heart of Tel Aviv
A project designed during my work at H2O pure design Studio.
A private residence in a prestigious tower on Kikar Hamedina.
Designed for a cosmopolitan lifestyle, this apartment blends refined elegance with functionality, creating a home that celebrates both everyday living and entertaining.
After years abroad, the client returned to Israel seeking a home that reflects his way of life. A bachelor who enjoys hosting friends and family, he envisioned an apartment that is open, welcoming, and seamlessly connected. The design responds to this vision with fluid transitions between spaces, an elegant material palette, and a focus on comfort and hospitality.
Master Bedroom
Custom carpentry designed as a continuous, flowing element: beginning with a headboard clad in padded leather upholstery, seamlessly extending into a refined writing desk, and concluding with a column offering versatile hanging solutions.
Bathroom
Designed with round marble mosaic tiles, specially ordered from Italy, combined with custom-cut light marble strips used as framing elements—creating an elegant and meticulously detailed atmosphere.
Guest Room / Safe Room
This room doubles as a secure space, required in every new Israeli apartment. It was designed modularly to serve as an acoustic safe room, dampening external noise and creating a serene atmosphere through soft wall finishes and calming colors. Smart custom carpentry allows the room to transform: the wardrobe and desk unit can unfold into an additional bed, enabling comfortable accommodation for a family with two children.
TV Partition /
Living Room Feature
Positioned in the living room along the floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views, the TV partition was designed low and airy to preserve the stunning panorama. Natural stones are integrated into the partition, appearing as if they are bursting out of or enclosed within the shelves, creating a sculptural and dynamic element that complements the view.
